2025 BALA Silver Awards

Sawyer’s Walk, developed by Swerdlow Group, has been recognized in the 2025 NAHB Best in American Living Awards in Category 19 – Best Affordable Multifamily, Mid-Rise/High-Rise (6 stories or more). The project is highlighted on page 22 of the official BALA digital awards publication.
